He is a certified Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and has worked in major hotels, white table cloth restaurants, and a high volume institutional kitchen. On The Back Burner reflects his viewpoints on the world of food & cooking and does not necessarily reflect the viewpoints of Preferred Meats, Inc.
